The climate change science is in: it’s happening. Climate change scientists are pretty much in agreement of this fact, even though it is unknown exactly what the scope of the changes will be.
Many in the U.S. are skeptical or even deny that climate change is happening. How do we change this? How do we get society to move in a direction that is willing to make big changes to mitigate the effects of global climate change? How do we get politicians to actually do substantive work on this issue instead of just debating on whether or not climate change is “real?”
The next big debate in climate change needs to be on how we can move society towards effective climate change behaviors and attitudes. How will this be done?
